If your question relates to an order you've placed with us, please include your name, address and the order number with your inquiry so we can access your account and answer your question quickly.

How will your order be shipped?
In order for you to receive your parts as quickly as possible, we select the fastest, most efficient carrier available in your area.  We generally use US Mail on smaller parts and orders.  With larger, heavier, or more bulky orders we will use FedEx or UPS services.  If you have a preferred carrier please email us.

When will my order ship?
In-stock items are usually shipped the same day, if the order is received by 1 pm Pacific Time.  If we are out of stock we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

In-stock orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt with no extra rush charges. Delivery within 7-10 business days.

Add $14.95; delivery within 2 business days. Orders must be placed by 2 pm Pacific Time;

Add $34.95; delivery within 1 business day. Orders must be placed by 2 pm Pacific Time;
street address required.

Add $16.95 for three-day air delivery;
street address required.

We welcome all international orders and will handle your order as quickly as we do all our domestic customers.  We ship to all nations including Australia, New Zealand, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and European nations. Some international orders may require additional shipping charges if the parts are too heavy or if the auto-postage is not adequate to cover the cost. We will contact you if that is the case on your order.  We will not use shipping as a profit center and your charges will be for the exact amount only. All shipping and customs documents will be quickly and conservatively completed within 24 hrs and are sent by priority mail, DHL, Fed-Ex or by a freight carrier for large items.

Can I get my items more quickly?
For delivery within three business days (M-F) to any physical address in the lower 48 states, there are no additional charges. For delivery within three business days (M-F) to Alaska or Hawaii, add an additional $15.95 shipping charge.

For "Next Day Air" delivery in the lower 48 states for smaller lighter orders, add an additional $26.95 shipping charge. Next Day Air delivery is available Monday - Friday. Unfortunately Next Day Air delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

To guarantee express delivery by a specific day, orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Shipping upgrades require the recipient's daytime phone number and street address. We cannot ship express orders to P.O. Boxes.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES  only charges the lowest shipping charge possible and does not use shipping as a profit center.  It is our goal to charge no more than it actually costs us to get the parts to you in a fast, yet economical manner.  Shipping charges will be kept as low as possible.

How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses?
Shipping charges are applied based on the merchandise total shipped to each address when applicable. If an order is shipped in multiple packages or a back-ordered item is shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.

When will my order arrive?
Every in-stock order is delivered within seven to ten days, unless a quicker shipping method is chosen.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?
There is NO SHIPPING CHARGES FOR STANDARD ORDERS over $99 except for heavy or large size parts. When applicable these charges are applied at check out.

Easy Returns
At, we want you to shop in confidence knowing that your purchase is Always 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If, for any reason at any time, you choose to return your selection, we will gladly refund the purchase price, help you with an exchange, or credit your account. A restocking charge of 15% may apply.

Our Return Policy
For a prompt refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization.  Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original receipt. If you do not have your receipt or packing slip, we will be happy to issue a store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise you are returning.

No returns are allowed for used or damaged parts. All items returned must be in good and like new condition and returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt.  Please inspect the part prior to installation.  Once the part is installed it is beyond our control and the installer assumes responsibility for misapplication, wrong usage, or damage.  Unfortunately because of the type of parts we sell, there are some items that cannot be returned. reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or during return shipping. is not responsible for lost or damaged parts during shipping. You must use a tractable shipping method with adequate insurance to prevent loss. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of the authorization.

When merchandise is returned it will be processed by our receiving department. We will inspect the item to ensure it is in new condition and issue a refund accordingly. We charge a 15% restocking fee for all returned parts.

Performance Parts
We do not guarantee an increase in performance from performance parts because the outcome is dependent on many variables of engine health.  The use and purchase of performance parts are the responsibility of the purchaser and use of these parts for street use is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are sorry, but no return authorization will allowed for used parts, electrical parts including CDI's, for cut items such as tubing and chain, engines, books and manuals.

We want you to be satisfied. If you are ever unhappy with a item, you may return or exchange it. A small restocking charge may apply.
